Welcome to VivoDesign. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

All products are delivered as described on our website. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and product information, but this will not affect orders already placed.

3. Orders and payment

You can pay at VivoDesign via iDEAL (if available), credit card, and Apple Pay. Orders are only finalized after successful payment. Please note: iDEAL may not always work.

4. Shipping information

We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipments are made via standard parcel services.
Delivery time may vary and is approximately 2 weeks. However, orders may be delivered sooner.

5. Right of withdrawal / returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

  • After receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount according to the payment method you used.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty . This means we ensure a product meets reasonable expectations under normal use. We do not offer additional warranties or service.

7. Liability

VivoDesign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Final provisions

Dutch law applies to these General Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
